The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine, declares the Lord of hosts. Ownership settles arguments. Silver and gold feel like the last word in security until God claims them. Your accounts are held inside His larger treasury. This frees generosity and humbles swagger. July expenses and ambitions shrink when you remember whose metal it is. Steward what you have as a trustee, not as a final owner. The Lord of hosts does not need your coins, yet He commands their use for His house and your neighbor. Pray over a financial decision with this declaration aloud. Mine changes the tone of anxiety and of pride. Hold currency with open hands. Invest in what outlasts metal. God owns the gold; you own responsibility for today.
PrayerLord of hosts, the silver and gold are Yours. Make me a faithful trustee of what You placed in my hands. Amen.
