Refund Policy

We want every gift to be given freely and joyfully. If something went wrong, we'll make it right.

Prayer gifts

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or your prayer didn't post, email us within 30 days at hello@liftedprayers.com and we'll refund your gift. If our team doesn't approve a prayer that was held for review, we refund the gift automatically.

Monthly prayer partnership and monthly gifts

Cancel anytime from the link in any monthly email, or contact us. Canceling stops future charges. If you were charged for a month after you meant to cancel, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund that month.

One-time gifts to the church

If you made a mistake, such as the wrong amount, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund it.

Store

Digital products: if a download doesn't work or isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days for a refund.
Physical products: return an item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund of the item price. If it arrived damaged, we'll replace it or refund it, including shipping.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
