For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh. Wisdom's words, attended to and kept, are described as life and healing for the whole body. Finding implies search; healing implies need. Scripture and wise counsel are not magic charms, yet God often uses them to restore people unraveling from folly or despair. Find the words again—return to a passage that once steadied you. Healing to all their flesh is comprehensive hope without guaranteeing a particular medical outcome. Let life-giving words interrupt deathly self-talk. Keep them in view at the doctor's office and at the kitchen sink. Seeking wisdom is part of seeking health. Receive every good means, and let God's sayings be medicine for inner chaos that aggravates outer weakness.

PrayerLord, let Your words be life to me and healing to my flesh. Help me find and keep them when I am frayed. Amen.
