You shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you. Serving the Lord is linked with blessed bread and water and removed sickness in Exodus' covenantal frame. Again: not a modern insurance policy, yet a reminder that God cares for bodily needs of a serving people. Serve first. With faith, request bread, water, and health as gifts under His hand. Use medicine and nutrition as stewards, not as rivals to prayer. Blessing language should produce gratitude and service, never presumption that skips a theology of suffering. Bring your table needs to the God you serve. If sickness remains, keep serving without concluding His care has ended. Covenant love is larger than one symptom's story.
