Pentecost Breath

I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 3:14

Press on toward the goal for the prize of God's upward call in Christ Jesus. Pursuit language fits disciples who could coast. Prize is the call itself fulfilled—life with Christ, maturity, everlasting joy in Him. Pressing on implies resistance: fatigue, sin, lesser prizes. Lent clarifies what you have been chasing. Redirect ambition toward the high calling. Goals at work still matter; they must sit under this one. Pressing is repeated motion, not a single heroic burst. When you stall, resume without a dramatic speech. The call is high; the path is daily. Keep moving toward Jesus as prize and companion. High calling outranks lesser trophies that rust by next season. Aim your ambition where moth cannot follow. Resume the press after failure without waiting to feel inspiring.

PrayerJesus, I press toward the prize of God's high calling in You. Keep my pursuit hot when distractions multiply. Amen.
