Easter Joy

For we walk by faith, not by sight.

2 Corinthians 5:7

Walking by faith rather than by sight is movement language. Faith is not stillness in the abstract; it is steps taken on God's word when visuals disagree. Sight says the situation is over; faith consults promises and obeys anyway. Lent strips some props you usually trust—comforts, applause, clarity. Walk anyway. Faith-walking includes using your eyes for wisdom while refusing to let eyes veto God's speech. Make a decision today that aligns with Scripture though feelings lag. Sight will catch up in God's time, or eternity will vindicate the walk. Either way, the path of trust is the right road for people who belong to Christ. Dim sight is not an excuse for frozen feet. Take the faithful step you already understand.

PrayerLord, train my feet for faith-walking when sight goes dim. I refuse to let visible chaos be my only map. Amen.
