Galatians 6:10So then, as we have opportunity, let's do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.
So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith. Opportunity is time-bound; catch it. Do good to everyone widens the circle; especially to the household of faith prioritizes family care without excluding neighbors. October calendars fill; opportunities still hide in plain sight. Especially rebukes churches that serve the world while neglecting their own hurting members. Everyone rebukes cliques that never look outside. Hold both. Do good today while the door is open. Opportunity missed rarely returns identical. Household of faith needs meals, rides, presence, and bills shared. Everyone needs kindness without agenda. Walk through one open door before nightfall. Doing good is the point of having opportunity at all.
PrayerLord, as I have opportunity, help me do good to everyone—and especially care for the household of faith. Amen.
