Healing in Process
Romans 8:28We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose. We know—confidence. Love God and called according to purpose mark the people addressed. All things work together for good is not all things are good; it is God's weaving toward good for His own. Health losses, delays, and surprises enter the weave. Refuse cheap uses of this verse that silence grief. Hold it as hope: God is purposeful with the called. September confusion can still sit under providence. Love God in the dark. Anchor yourself in the Weaver. Good may look like Christlikeness before it looks like comfort. Called people are not random. Lean on what you know when you do not know why.
PrayerFather, I love You—work all things together for good according to Your purpose, and keep me trusting while You weave. Amen.
