Relief Is Coming
James 1:5But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.
If any of you lacks wisdom, ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given. Wisdom is provision upstream of many money and health decisions—how to prioritize, whom to trust, when to wait. God gives liberally and without scolding the asker for needing help. That invitation dismantles pride that would rather look competent than be guided. Bring a concrete dilemma today: a purchase, a conversation, a treatment choice, a boundary. Speak the need without dressing it up. Then watch for wisdom in Scripture, counsel, and providential clarity—not only in dramatic signs. Generous giving from God should make you generous with patience toward people still figuring things out, including yourself when answers arrive slowly. A clear next step is still generous provision.
PrayerGenerous Father, I lack wisdom—give liberally without reproach as You promised. Guide my next decision and keep me humble enough to ask. Amen.
